Nutrimuscle is a French sports nutrition brand selling premium supplements direct-to-consumer across Europe. Founded on a philosophy of ingredient transparency and scientific rigor, Nutrimuscle serves a highly engaged fitness community that demands both product quality and brand credibility.

The Challenge

Nutrimuscle's previous measurement stack was giving them an incomplete picture of their channel mix. Nutrimuscle's full-year 2025 results reflect a business that has moved from channel discovery to sustained efficiency gains.

At a blended level, Nutrimuscle delivered +14% blended revenue growth YoY, alongside a +60% improvement in blended ROAS with CAC falling by 47% over the same period. These results reflect a fundamental shift in how efficiently Nutrimuscle acquires and converts customers across its entire paid media mix.

Those gains weren't incidental. In Q1 2025, incremental forecasting gave Nutrimuscle the confidence to scale TikTok Conversion Prospecting spend by +9% - a decision backed by Fospha's saturation modelling. ROAS improved by +28% and revenue grew +39% in that period alone, demonstrating exactly what becomes possible when spend decisions are grounded in forward-looking data.

On TikTok specifically, full-year ROAS grew by +53% YoY and channel CAC fell by 32%. This incremental efficiency would have been invisible, and therefore impossible to optimize toward, under Last Click.
