Post-Purchase Survey

Post-Purchase Survey

A survey presented to customers immediately after completing a purchase, asking how they first heard about the brand. It's used as a supplementary signal layer to triangulate with modeled measurement data, and it's particularly valuable for capturing upper-funnel discovery channels, like word of mouth, podcasts, and OOH, that are invisible to click-based attribution.
