Total revenue divided by total advertising spend across all channels. Unlike channel-specific ROAS, blended ROAS gives a portfolio-level view of media efficiency. It's useful for top-down budget tracking, but it can mask channel-level over- or under-performance, where a single channel with poor returns hides behind stronger performers elsewhere.
