Bayesian MMM

Bayesian MMM

A modern form of Media Mix Modeling that applies Bayesian statistical methods. Rather than producing a single fixed estimate, Bayesian MMMs generate a distribution of possible outcomes. This quantifies uncertainty and allows faster model updates as new data arrives. They also let external evidence, like incrementality test results, be incorporated as priors, which helps bridge the gap between correlation-based inference and proven causality.
