Most rollouts stall on one question: would this team actually let AI touch the ad account unsupervised, today?
A CEO is shown a working demo at a conference: AI that can spot underperforming spend and shift budget between channels automatically, with no person in the loop. It works. But that's not the same as being ready to run it against your own campaigns the next day.
Think about what happens once an AI agent starts bidding and adjusting your mix on insights that favour last click. You end up pumping budget into retargeting and wiping out a day's spend in one call. And lost budget costs you in more ways than one, like the trust of the people who hold that budget, especially if the AI is working from measurement that can't see the full picture.
That's why teams don't hand over control overnight. They need to know that if they use it, it won't lead them down the wrong path, and they'll be able to track, audit, and undo anything at any time. Trust has to be earned, one action at a time.
Adopting AI happens one step at a time. Each team builds enough confidence to hand over the next stage, and every team moves at a different pace.
In our most recent webinar we polled attendees on where their business sits on the AI adoption curve. A third said they were still exploring, 58% called themselves "Automating" and only 11% were actually running agentic, autonomous workflows. That's the adoption curve in miniature. Most teams are somewhere in the middle of the climb, and very few have reached the top of it yet. This is because most teams can't afford to stand still while they wait, and most also don't have the data foundation to move faster even if they wanted to.
More than 8 in 10 marketing teams missed an opportunity because their workflow couldn't respond in time (Adobe, 2026). Automation running on measurement nobody has verified can produce wrong answers just as fast as right ones.

That's the general principle. Here's how we've built it into a product.
At Fospha, we understand that adopting AI comes in stages. You need to trust that it's working toward your revenue goals before you hand it the keys to bidding or pushing changes into ad platforms. That trust has to be built on something solid: the same independent, full-funnel measurement, refreshed daily and reconciled to revenue, underneath every stage of the Suite.
That's why we've built the AI and Automation Suite, to meet teams wherever they are in their AI adoption journey.
Analyze comes first. Use AI to query your data and produce reports and decks in plain language, through Fospha or tools like Claude and ChatGPT. It never touches the ad account, so you can check the numbers against what a team already knows.
Act comes next. Once you're comfortable with a suggestion, AI Actions executes it directly on the ad platform. Nothing runs without a person triggering it first.
Automate is the destination. Agents run those same actions on a routine, inside guardrails a team sets, without anyone needing to trigger it each time. Auction feeds Fospha's validated signal straight into the platforms' own bidding.
What moves a team from one stage to the next is simple: every change stays logged, reversible, and auditable by anyone on the team.
For Channel Managers, this means less time reformatting data, more time on judgment calls only a person can make. Myprotein's Marketing Analytics Manager described the shift plainly:
"It's changed how we use our data. Where previously collation was a lengthy reporting exercise, now it's a much faster route from insight to action."
For Finance and the CMO, it means an answer that doesn't depend on who's asking. Galeries Lafayette's eCommerce Director:
"I got the answer immediately, on my phone. It saved me a lot of time."

So where can you get to, once you've moved through each stage and let Fospha's data start automating changes to your campaigns directly? Gymshark reported a 13% uplift in cross-channel ROAS. BOOHOOMAN reported 13% higher ROAS on automated campaigns versus their own non-automated campaigns, and 1.9x more Meta revenue over the BFCM weekend.
The AI and Automation Suite is built to take any team through that same sequence, at whatever pace their organization is ready for.
