Fospha’s Standard Terms & Conditions 

1. Eligibility:

1.1. The Fospha Referral Program is open to clients who have received early access notifications and have a valid email address.
1.2. By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Referral Discount:

2.1. As a participant in the Program, for every client you refer to Fospha, you will receive a 10% discount on your license fee for 12 months.
2.2. The maximum discount you can earn through referrals is 50% off your license fee.
2.3. The discount applies only to the license fee and does not include any additional fees or charges.                                                                                                                              2.4. The referred client must successfully complete the onboarding process and be a paying client of Fospha for the referral discount in 2.1 to be valid.
2.5. The discount applies for every month the referred client remains a paying customer, for up to 12 months.                                                                                                          2.6.  The referral discount is applicable only to new clients who have not previously engaged with Fospha's services and with whom Fospha is not currently in discussions.

3. Money Back Guarantee for Referred Brands:

3.1. The brand you refer to Fospha will receive a 1 Month Money Back Guarantee to experience the benefits of Fospha attribution for their business.
3.2. The Money Back Guarantee period starts from the date the referred brand signs up for Fospha's services.
3.3. If the referred brand is not satisfied with the Fospha attribution services within the 1 Month Money Back Guarantee period, they may request a refund.

4. Program Modifications and Termination:

4.1. Fospha reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
4.2. In the event of Program termination, any unredeemed referral discounts or pending Money Back Guarantee requests will no longer be honoured.

5. Duration of Referral Discount:

5.1. The referral discount will be applied to your license fee for a 12-month period starting from the referred client's successful onboarding with Fospha.
5.2. After the 12-month period, the referral discount will no longer apply, and your license fee will return to the standard rate.

6. Verification and Assessment:

6.1. The eligibility of new clients and the duration of the referral discount are subject to Fospha's verification and assessment.
6.2. Fospha reserves the right to determine the eligibility and validity of referrals in its sole discretion.
6.3. Fospha may require additional information or documentation to validate the referral and ensure compliance with the Program's terms and conditions.
